The Role:
You'll be the welcoming face and organizational engine behind our production, caring for on-air guests, managing travel and schedules, and handling day-to-day communication. This is a contract-to-hire position with a path to permanent employment.
What You'll Do:
Book travel for staff, talent, and guests Greet guests, help them get settled, and escort them to the green room, hair and makeup, and studio File and data entry Handle correspondence and incoming phone calls Manage calendars and schedule appointments for producers and executives Keep guest information and itineraries organized Support the production team as needed What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (TV, media, or hospitality a plus)Warm, polished presence and the poise to put nervous or high-profile guests at ease Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle last-minute changes Experience booking travel and managing complex calendars Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Discretion with confidential information
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in communications, media, production, or business Live production or TV studio experience Flexibility for early mornings, late days, or occasional weekends
