About the role

Inside Sales AdministratorGFT Ready Mix is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrator team member to support our sales and billing processes. This position will assist with project setup, customer documentation, billing review, and follow-up on outstanding quotes.
Location: GFT Ready Mix – Arizona Corporate Office
Responsibilities: Set up new customer projects and maintain accurate project information. Review billing information for accuracy and identify discrepancies. Scan, organize, and maintain delivery tickets and related documentation. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding quotes and proposals. Assist the sales team with customer and project-related administrative needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments. Assist with administrative sales duties as required. Perform other sales support duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with customers by phone and email. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
