About the role

Frontera Care seeks a Training Manager to own BT/RBT training across all regions, developing onboarding, curriculum, and training delivery. You will coordinate with People Operations, product, engineering, and clinical operations to ensure comprehensive onboarding for new hires at all staff levels. The role requires BCBA certification with 5+ years as a BCBA, strong instructional design and presentation skills, and the ability to work across remote/hybrid, multi-location teams.
