About the role

First Shift Production Associate Client seeking dependable Production Associates to join their manufacturing team. Associates will assist with daily production operations while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Client provides custom slaughtering and retail sales of fresh beef and pork cuts, sausages and ground beef.

First Shift Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position$ 14.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
Assist with food production and packaging processes
Operate production equipment as trained
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Follow food safety and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area Lift, move, and handle materials as needed
Work effectively as part of a team
First Shift Production Associate Qualifications:
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus
Must be willing to follow all safety and food-handling procedures
Applicant may be subject to a background check
