Client: TCS GBaMS Req ID: 10795237 Request ID: 91108-1 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. SAP Business Analyst with expertise in new manufacturing plant setup and SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across manufacturing‐related SAP modules and have experience in chemical manufacturing environments, specifically involving requirements and characteristics related to chemical components used in plastic moulding manufacturing. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross‐functional teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions and support successful solution delivery. Required Experience 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis. Experience with new manufacturing plant setup. Experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation. Functional expertise in the following SAP modules: PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industry) MM (Materials Management) QM (Quality Management) EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Experience in Chemical Manufacturing to capture requirements and characteristics related to chemical components for the manufacturing of plastic moulding. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and lead SAP cross‐functional teams consisting of business owners, product management, software development, system architects, SQA, and other key stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Evaluate business processes and systems and lead solution definition, including workflow, technology, and data, to support business goals and initiatives. Manage changes to solution requirements by assessing the impact of requirement changes and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained. Quickly understand business problems and opportunities in the context of business requirements and system capabilities and present suitable solution options. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets business acceptance criteria. Primary Skill Business Analysis Interview Preference: Local candidates preferred.
