Tire & Lube Technician The Tire & Lube Technician at Elko Motor Company will be responsible for performing tire repairs, oil changes, and other routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include performing tire repairs, rotations, and replacements, conducting oil changes and filter replacements, inspecting vehicles for potential issues and making recommendations for additional maintenance or repairs, assisting with other general maintenance tasks as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and communicating effectively with customers regarding recommended services and estimated completion times. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a tire and lube technician role preferred but not required, a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy objects and work in a standing position for extended periods of time, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills.
