About the role
Summary:
Drive eyewear sales and brand development across the Miami Metro territory, working with opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists. Build customer partnerships and ensure brand presentation and distribution align with each brand's identity.
Responsibilities:
Deliver net sales targets and develop qualitative door distribution across assigned brands. Present optical frames and sunglasses, and support sell-through through visibility projects and trade marketing activations. Provide in-store training and timely, accurate reporting. Build long-term customer relationships and a balanced brand sales portfolio.
Requirements:
Proven success growing sales and building distribution among wholesale customers. Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods; university degree or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
