About the role
IT Support Specialist Make an Impact with Technology We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our team and help keep our technology running smoothly. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot technical issues, support employees, maintain IT systems, and help identify technology solutions that make the business more efficient.
What You’ll Do:
Provide friendly, responsive IT support to employees across the organization.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system access issues.
Set up computers and technology for new employees and maintain existing equipment.
Support PCs, laptops, servers, networking, applications, Microsoft 365/Exchange, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
Maintain secure, reliable, and up-to-date IT systems.
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
Document solutions and help train users on technology and security best practices.
Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and deliver practical technology solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A hands-on approach and willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
Experience with computers, hardware, software, and networks preferred.
Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar certifications are a plus.
