About the role
Providing excellent customer service, the full-time hourly Customer Assurance Specialist will resolve high-priority damages, defects, and carrier issues while effectively managing product claims within Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure quality customer service for customers and dealers throughout their inquiries
Handle product claims efficiently within Salesforce CRM to provide appropriate resolutions
Maintain personal case queues and close claims within required time framesRequired qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Working knowledge of Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Ability to multitask and conduct research effectively
