Position Summary:
Located in the Cincinnati market, this position offers the opportunity to function as a crew lead and to interact with customers through the installation of solid surface, granite, and quartz surfaces. See the fruits of your labor as you transform spaces!
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Ensuring strong communication with customers (including effective problem resolution when applicable)
- Reading orders and installing countertops to customer specifications
- Facilitating safe, efficient, and precise installation of products
- Obtaining proper customer sign off for work completed

This position offers a $400 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.Required Education/Experience
High School diploma/GED required
Chauffer's license with a clean driving record (can assist with obtaining chauffeur's license)
At least three years of countertop installation experience

- Ability to safely lift and move granite and quartz countertop products and other heavy materials
- Ability to draw CAD (AutoCAD) beneficial but not required, install experience, and/or templating experience
