About the role
Connecting callers to the appropriate teams, the full-time Remote PBX Operator will receive and route incoming telephone calls while ensuring customer service needs are met during rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.
Key responsibilities:
Answering inbound customer service calls and redirecting calls as necessary
Addressing minor issues and complaints while documenting all customer communications
Ensuring accurate and timely routing of calls to the proper areas
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service telephone experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Experience in Member Service Administration (MSA) is highly preferred
Commercial Operations experience is a plus
