About the role

Stepful for Business (S4B) is growing rapidly. As Operations Lead, B2B Enablement, you will own the systems and processes that make enterprise program launches repeatable and scalable. You will work with Customer Success, Product, Learning, and Engineering to design the operational foundation that lets us onboard a new client or program without reinventing the wheel.
