About the role
- Design, develop, test, and support applications and integrations.
- Administer and develop ServiceNow platform solutions, including configuration, customization, and ongoing platform enhancements
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, security teams, and product owners to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Utilize approved AI tools to improve development efficiency, testing coverage, documentation, and code quality.
- Follow established architecture, security, governance, and change management standards.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of full stack software development experience in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with modern development frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications, with particular emphasis on SQL, .NET, React, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience working within formal governance and architecture review processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.2+ years of ServiceNow admin/development experience across platform configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks.
