About the role

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent; or four to ten years Manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with computer tools. Strong fundamental knowledge of control and electrical system design and its application in automated industrial designs including specification of vision, power, sensor, inspection, and communications systems. Well versed in process analysis. Experience with manufacturing processes and initiative such as six sigma, and statistical process control. Experience in project management and interaction with customers and suppliers. Basic knowledge or training of 5's, Lockout & Tagout procedures, Basic Plant safety, Hazardous waste, ISO-14001, and Quality, materials, and environmental procedures and policies Efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals. Critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills, able to work independently and in team environments. Proactive, resourceful & highly motivated with good communication skills and ability to work in high output environment. Ability to balance multiple projects.
