About the role
Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, drive standardization, and optimize workflows across the brokerage. The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC or equivalent, and 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large agency.
