BARNES seeks an IT Global Security Operations & Exposure Management Lead to build and run a scalable global security operations capability. You will own security monitoring, incident response, detection engineering, and third-party service delivery, reporting to the CISO. You will grow internal staff, partner with IT, engineering, and manufacturing, and strengthen protection of IP and uptime across hybrid environments.
