Pay: $22.50-$23.75 per hour Schedule: Sunday-Thursday Shifts Available: 2nd shift & 3rd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm & 10:30pm-7amJob Summary The Kettle Operator is responsible for producing high quality sauces using open kettles while closely monitoring ingredients, time, and temperatures to ensure food safety and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cooking and production equipment (kettles, ovens, pumps, dishwashers, pan wash)
  • Measure, weigh, and verify ingredients per recipe
  • Load, monitor, and unload kettles during the cooking process
  • Fill containers with finished product and hot stock
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
  • Palletize boxes and move materials using pallet jacks
  • Follow all GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Communicate issues or updates to the Supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot/cold production environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (team lift for heavier items)
  • Work Environment

  • Standing and walking for most of the shift
  • Exposure to heat, noise, and wet conditions
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
