Location: Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $19–$25/hour, based on experience
About the Position We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a growing operation in Vancouver. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company and take on additional responsibilities over time. The team is expanding a new product line, creating an ongoing need for someone who is flexible, hands-on, and ready to help wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and prepare boxes for shipping
  • Pick and organize products and materials
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Manage and maintain inventory
  • Prepare and process shipments
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with various warehouse duties based on daily business needs
  • Work independently while also collaborating with the team
  • Take initiative and help identify ways to improve daily operations
  • Learn and operate a stand-up forklift after training
Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Forklift certification is not required; training will be provided
