About the role

Front Desk Associate The Front Desk Associate is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.
What You Will Do: Welcome and check in all members and guests Sell memberships smoothies supplements and personal training Answer questions resolve billing issues and track front desk activity Keep the front desk area clean stocked and on-brand Support day-to-day operations and team communication Create a fun professional and helpful experience for everyone
