Lead multidisciplinary technical coordination and identify potential conflicts and risks early in the design process.
Review engineering designs and deliverables against project requirements, technical standards and agreed design criteria.
Drive resolution of engineering design comments and ensure technical issues are closed prior to key project stage gates and design freeze.
Integrate cost, constructability, lifecycle performance, energy efficiency and operational considerations into engineering decisions.
Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining system performance, durability and long-term operational efficiency.
Coordinate engineering inputs with procurement and construction teams to ensure projects are technically ready for tender.
Lead technical workshops, engineering coordination meetings and design reviews across multiple projects.
Provide technical guidance on Fire & Life Safety strategies and their integration with wider MEP systems.
Conduct periodic site visits to verify that construction remains aligned with approved engineering design intent.
Support the resolution of engineering RFIs and technical issues during project execution.
Promote consistency, quality and technical governance across the regional project portfolio.

Strong experience working within complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
Hospitality, luxury hospitality, resort or large-scale mixed-use experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Fire & Life Safety principles and applicable standards.
Demonstrated experience coordinating MEP systems with Architecture, Interior Design, F&B and operational requirements.
Experience managing engineering coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
Strong understanding of system sizing, redundancy, resilience, energy efficiency and lifecycle performance.
Experience with design governance, stage gates, design reviews and pre-construction processes.
Ability to balance technical performance with cost, constructability and operational requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape engineering standards, improve design coordination and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple major hospitality developments across the region.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
