Key Job Responsibilities Handle video calls, interpreting conversations between individuals with limited English language skills and representatives from various industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Financial, Law Enforcement, and others. The successful candidate will possess the qualities below: Fluent in speaking S'gaw Karen as well as English High school diploma or GEDKnowledge of medical terminologies is considered an asset Be 18 years of age or older Available to work a fixed weekly schedule of a minimum of 15 hours per week Legally authorized to work in the US and must reside in the USHave a suitable quiet & secure work-at-home environment Have a stable and fast internet connection Comfortable being on camera as interpreting in video calls will be mandatory in this position This is a remote position that requires interpreters to use their own device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) to provide interpreting services.
