About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in aerospace or industrial gas turbine engineering, including design, manufacturing, repair development, or related technical disciplines.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results within a complex matrix organization.
- Demonstrated success developing business cases, product strategies, and growth initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong customer-facing experience, including technical sales support, executive engagement, and business development collaboration.
- Knowledge of Aero, Aeroderivative, Heavy Industrial Gas Turbine, Military, and APU engine platforms and associated repair requirements.
- Working knowledge of FAA, EASA, and other regulatory requirements governing aerospace component repair and NPI activities.
- Experience supporting OEM approvals, qualification programs, repair development programs, or New Product Introduction (NPI) portfolios preferred.
- Strong strategic planning, project portfolio management, budget oversight, and risk mitigation capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and related business tools.
