About the role
Supporting international business activities, the full-time Senior Counsel, International Commercial will provide legal advice, draft and negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Provide legal advice on international commercial matters and support the execution of business priorities across various regions
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements in international markets
Advise on privacy and data considerations relevant to international operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
Degree in Law and admission to practice
12-15+ years of relevant legal experience in international or cross-border commercial operations
Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
Strong background in commercial contracting and business counseling
Experience working within a global or highly matrixed organization
