Location Highlights: Osage, Iowa offers access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions in a quiet North Iowa setting. Mitchell County Nature Center and the Cedar River corridor provide local options for hiking and wildlife viewing, while Lime Creek Nature Center in Mason City is about 30 miles away. The city is approximately 10 miles from Interstate 35 access via nearby routes and about 45 miles from Clear Lake, a well-known waterfront destination with boating, fishing, and live entertainment.
