About the Role:
We’re looking for an organized and people-focused Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites.
Site CoordinatorThis role focuses on overseeing on-site programming, supervising staff, supporting students, and serving as the main point of contact for school partners.
In this role, you will:
Program Design & Mission Alignment: Research and implement best practices in youth development to design educational, safe, and engaging curricula that reflect HOKALI’s core values of healthy living, environmental respect, and personal growth.
Operational & Logistics Excellence: Oversee all site logistics—including scheduling, facility booking, and transportation—while managing budgets, equipment inventory, and detailed record-keeping (attendance, progress, and incident reports).
Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, conducting site supervision until the final student is safely dismissed and maintaining high standards for risk management.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Recruit, train, and supervise a large team of instructors; provide ongoing mentorship to foster a collaborative culture while serving as the primary point of contact for resolving complex inquiries and reporting performance to the Area Manager.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
$ 33 p/hr
18+ years of age
Experience working in schools or youth programs
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability and willingness to complete required online training
