Remote Clinical Trial ManagerOur client, a global leader in pharmaceutical research and development, is seeking an experiencedRemote Clinical Trial Managerto oversee the execution of clinical trials from anywhere within the US, with primary organizational ties toWashington, D.C.This fully remote position requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of clinical trial operations, and the ability to lead and motivate teams virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute clinical trials from initiation to close-out.
Develop and manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resources.
Oversee the selection and management of investigative sites andContract Research Organizations (CROs).
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ICH‑GCP).
Develop and implement risk management plans for clinical trials.
Lead and mentor cross‑functional clinical trial teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience inclinical trial managementwithin the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple clinical trials across various phases.
In‑depth knowledge ofclinical trial operations, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
