About the role
Bring the competitiveness. We’ll bring the playbook.
Purdy Financial Group is looking for ambitious agents who want meaningful work, performance-based income, and a team that knows how to coach.
You don’t need insurance or sales experience, but you do need the discipline to learn, the hunger to improve, and the willingness to execute a proven system.
Your Day-to-Day:
Game Plan
Meet virtually with current and potential clients who have requested life insurance coverage
Listen, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate protection
Follow a proven process, manage follow-ups, and use the CRM to stay organized
Train consistently, apply coaching, and sharpen your sales and communication skills
What You Bring to the Team
A competitive, self-motivated mindset and the discipline to manage your own schedule
Coachability: you welcome feedback, make adjustments, and keep improving
High character, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others
CRM familiarity is helpful, along with the ability to build strong relationships
A state-issued life insurance license, or a willingness to obtain a license with our help
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
What You Get
Total work-from-home flexibility
Warm leads so conversations begin with people who want to talk
Daily training and guided mentorship throughout your agent journey
A performance-minded culture with leadership development
A clear path to agency ownership for those ready to build and lead
Compensation and Career Growth
1099 independent contractor; commission only. Your business, your schedule, your results.
Part-Time Uncapped Potential: estimated $30,000–$60,000+ in the first year at 15–20 hours per week
Full-Time Uncapped Potential: estimated $84,000–$160,000+ in the first year at 35–45 hours per week
If you are ready to be coached, raise your ceiling, and build a career you can own, apply today.
No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
By submitting this form, you agree to recurring contact from Symmetry Financial Group LLC and its affiliated companies under common control and their insurance agents via text & live, automated, A.I., or prerecorded calls, including for marketing or recruiting purposes. Consent not a condition of purchase.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
