Adecco is hiring Assemblers to join a premier manufacturing team in Columbia City, IN! This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work.
Pay: Starting at $18.00 hourly
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:45 AM-4:30 PM. This is four 10 hour days, giving you a 3 day weekend, every weekend!
Responsibilities: Assemble wiring harnesses according to work instructions Use hand tools such as wire crimpers, wire strippers, and cutters Route, bundle, and secure wires according to quality standards. Perform basic inspections to ensure completed assemblies meet accuracy and quality requirements. Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and production documents. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet production goals while following all safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications: Previous wiring harness assembly experience preferred but not required Experience using wire crimpers, wire strippers, and other hand tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. If you're interested in this Assembly opportunity, apply today!
