*This is a 3 month contract with 15-20 hours/week**We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale multi-Distribution Center (DC) rollout initiative while supporting critical operational and logistics improvement projects. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across Planning, IT, Distribution Center Operations, Transportation, and Logistics teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are mitigated, and key milestones are successfully achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable driving accountability across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities: Multi-DC Rollout Leadership Own and manage end-to-end project plans across multiple DC rollout phases. Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability among Planning, IT, Operations, Transportation, and Logistics teams. Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate production readiness. Lead go-live planning, readiness reviews, and execution support.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Experience supporting supply chain, distribution center, warehouse, logistics, or transportation operations. Demonstrated ability to manage complex project plans with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
