Position & Company OverviewOur client is a rapidly growing, well-funded consulting partner with successful operations across Europe and established alliances with Microsoft, Databricks and AWS.Skills / ExperienceDemonstrated ability to sell Databricks solutions, preferably in a consulting or partner contextStrong network and familiarity with Databricks and its partner ecosystemDeep understanding of Databricks use cases, including analytics, AI, and data migrationsHistory of building sales pipeline independently and achieving new business targetsClear communicator who can articulate technical value and drive client engagementComfortable forming and leveraging relationships with Databricks and other strategic partnersExperience selling consulting or data platform services within the USAble to travel to client sites, conferences & face-to-face meetings with Databricks representativesResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of Databricks sales across the US marketCreate and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Databricks practiceCultivate and expand partnerships with Databricks, Microsoft, and AWSIdentify and win new enterprise and mid-market clientsAct as the Databricks champion at industry events and in client engagementsWork closely with technical teams and leadership to ensure delivery excellenceReport directly to executive leadership, advising on business direction and sales expansionRecruit and mentor additional sales talent as the US business scales
