About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President for Chiller Sales, Engineering, and Aftermarket in Data Centers. This executive role is pivotal in leading the commercial strategy, sales execution, engineering support, and business development for the company's data center cooling solutions across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, including the development and execution of long-term business strategies, the establishment of revenue and market share objectives, and the identification of emerging opportunities in various data center sectors. The role demands a proven track record in leading national sales organizations, managing multi-million-dollar revenue businesses, and a strong background in chiller systems and applied HVAC solutions. The VP will also be accountable for developing executive-level customer relationships, particularly with hyperscale operators and other key stakeholders in the data center ecosystem. Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 15 years' experience in HVAC, applied equipment, or building systems, with at least 10 years in progressive leadership. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is strongly preferred, with an MBA and a Professional Engineering (PE) license also being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the data center industry, including sales to hyperscale customers and support for mission-critical facilities. Organizational leadership skills are essential, as the role involves building and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting customer success. The VP will also be involved in product and technology alignment, ensuring that the company's offerings meet the evolving standards of the data center market.
