- Contacting qualified leads provided by Ostro Studio
- Speaking directly with business owners over the phone
- Presenting our website services clearly and confidently
- Closing website sales and guiding prospects through the purchasing process
- Scheduling follow-up calls with interested prospects who need additional time or information
- Maintaining consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales process
- This is primarily a phone-based sales position. Video calls are not required.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident and professional communication over the phone
- Comfortable speaking directly with business owners
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Access to a phone or computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet environment for calls
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Previous sales, cold-calling, appointment-setting, or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required
- A results-driven attitude and willingness to learn
- Leads to contact — you are not responsible for sourcing all prospects yourself
- A fully remote work environment
