About the role

Randstad USA in Atlanta is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the operational vision across seven plants. You will oversee seven GMs and a Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement, own the AOP, drive EBIT margins, and shape Long-Range Planning across production, logistics, and supply chain. This role requires 10+ years of executive operations leadership, protein manufacturing experience, strong P&L skills, and hands-on leadership with 50–75% travel to US facilities.
