About the role

Addi’s 12-month launchpad program offers two six-month rotations, starting with onboarding Weeks 1–2 alongside your class and manager. In the first rotation you’ll own problems end to end, gaining rapid hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech. The program is designed for high-potential early-career talent committed to solving hard problems. Remote-first with in-person weeks in Bogotá, fully paid by Addi. Start date 12 January 2027; applications close 30 October 2026.
