Forklift Operator (3rd Shift)
Location: Muscatine, IA
Compensation: $20.50/hour + Overtime
Shift: Sunday Thursday | 9:00 PM 5:30 AM?Mandatory Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of warehouse forklift experience (must be listed on current resume).
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Background: Must pass a comprehensive 7-year background check. Screening: Must pass a drug screen, physical, and Stress Test (CRT)
Essential Duties: Logistics: Pick, prepare, and load outgoing orders; unload trailers and verify product counts. Inventory: Move and store merchandise to maximize space; maintain accurate movement records.
Equipment: Operate forklifts and specialized attachments; perform daily safety checks. Compliance: Follow strict food safety (FSMA) standards and sanitation protocols. Communication: Coordinate with supervisors regarding shift transitions and productivity.
Physical Requirements & Environment:
  • Physical Demand: Frequently mount/dismount forklift; bend, stoop, and lift 5060 lbs occasionally.
  • Environment: Food-grade warehouse; dusty and humid conditions.
  • Temperature: Ranges from 40F to 90F seasonally.
  • Allergens: Exposure to odors and food allergens, specifically soy and wheat
