Job Summary: Connectify Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team in the Denver Metro Area. We are primarily seeking a full-time BCBA, while also welcoming part-time candidates who are a strong fit for our team. At Connectify Therapy, our mission is simple: Empowering Children From Within. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced Clinical Director, while providing services across clinic, home, and school-based settings in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTsMonitor client progress and update programming as needed Conduct parent/caregiver training Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to the ongoing development of quality services across the organization
