About the role
- Shape the partner offer, pricing and agreements from a blank page.
- Close the first partners yourself and turn those wins into the playbook.
- Hire your own team across India, the UK and Europe.
- Build the pipeline engine: target lists, outreach, CRM and reporting.
- Work with operations so partners stay and grow with us.
- Own the partner revenue number.
- Take on new service lines as they launch in 2027.What you bring6 or more years in B2B sales, partnerships or business development.
- You have built something from nothing: a partner program, a new market or a sales team.
- You close deals yourself and enjoy it.
- Experience hiring and managing a team. International or offshore team experience is a plus.
- Comfort working without structure. You write the playbook, you do not wait for one.
- Flexible hours. You will build a worldwide sales funnel, so expect some early morning or evening calls to overlap with India and Europe.
- Experience in immigration, global mobility, legal services, travel or background screening is a plus, not a requirement.

- Compensation and location
- Base salary is $140,000 to $170,000, depending on experience. Commission on partner revenue brings on-target earnings to $240,000 to $290,000, and commission is not capped.
