Senior Financial Reporting / Financial Analyst – Chicago, ILI’m currently looking for a Senior Financial Reporting / Financial Analyst for a our direct client in Downtown Chicago.
Location: Downtown Chicago, IL
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days/week on site and 2 days from home
Type: Contract to start
What we’re looking for:
  • 6–8+ years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or public accounting
  • Experience within asset management, investment management, financial services, or investment companies
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAPExperience preparing/reviewing financial statements and schedules of investments
  • Experience supporting annual/semiannual reporting and audits
  • Knowledge of SEC filings and shareholder reports
  • Strong understanding of derivatives and fair value accounting, including ASC 815/ASC 820 Ability to manage multiple reporting and audit deadlines 3+ years of supervisory/management or review experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA is a plus
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Global InvestOne, or financial reporting systems is a strong plus
