This person will work directly with Zeeshan Hafeez, the candidate, to manage and maximize his daily fundraising outreach. The role requires precision, discretion, and energy, a blend of strategy, organization, and interpersonal skills that helps power one of the most dynamic grassroots campaigns in Texas.Key ResponsibilitiesCall Time Management:Schedule, prepare, and manage candidate call time sessions daily to ensure consistent donor outreach and follow-up.Database & Donor Tracking:Maintain accurate records in NGP, ActBlue, and campaign CRM systems; track pledges, contributions, and follow-up actions.Briefing Materials:Research donors and prepare concise call sheets with relevant personal, political, and giving history information.Follow-up Coordination:Send thank-you notes, follow-up emails, and donor materials in a timely and professional manner.Goal Tracking & Reporting:Track daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising metrics and report progress toward targets.Event Coordination Support:Assist the finance team in planning donor events, house parties, and virtual fundraisers.Confidentiality & Professionalism:Handle sensitive donor information and political communications with complete discretion.What We OfferOpportunity to be part of a people-powered movement shaping the future of Texas politics.Competitive compensation and flexible work environment.Direct mentorship and access to high-level campaign strategy.A culture rooted in teamwork, integrity, and purpose.
