About the role
CyberCoders in New Jersey seeks a Corporate Attorney to provide pragmatic counsel across corporate transactions, governance, and commercial matters. You will support mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations, equity issuances, and securities matters, drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate law, bar admission in PA and/or NJ, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while balancing business
