Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Plastic Injection Molding)
Location: Lancaster, PA (on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30am - 3pm (based on business needs)

Position Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays a key role in daily warehouse operations by physically handling incoming and outgoing materials, components, and finished plastic parts. This role ensures all incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, and recorded, while outgoing orders are properly packaged, labeled, and documented for on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, a strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures, and familiarity with various warehouse management systems.
Essential Functions:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly.
- Operate forklifts to load and unload goods safely.
- Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and processing orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Ideal Candidate Experience:3+ years of previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse distribution, or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking & packing techniques.
- Proficient in using basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Experience with MRP systems (IQMS) is a plus.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
- This is a physical and fast-paced job; must be organized and work well independently
- Energetic with the ability to be on your feet all day
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds daily
