Team Lead Distribution This role is fully onsite in our Fort Worth, TX office.

As a Team Lead Distribution, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective area and managing day-to-day operations so that the team meets its required level of production. The team leader is responsible for the coordination of warehouse associates, forklift operators and techs within the Integration Services center. We will count on you to ensure that client orders are picked in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Monitor and document the daily volume of lab units in departmental records. Along the way, you will get to: Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools to ensure key issues are communicated to teammates and management Provide support in organizing and facilitating department or company meetings Assume the supervisor's role during supervisor absence Proactively take accountability for getting things done, driving tasks through to completion Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What we're looking for:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience. Some supervisory experience Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees.
