This leadership role drives end-to-end customer lifecycle excellence, partnering with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Operations to ensure adoption, retention and long-term value realization. You will lead a global CS organization, advance VoC capabilities, and oversee GTM planning to enable market growth and portfolio leadership across the business.
