We are recruiting for a well-established national distributor of health, first aid, and medical supplies serving schools (including school nurses), municipal facilities, and community-based organizations. This is an excellent entry point into B2B distribution and commercial sales for an early-career B2B sales professional looking to build a long-term career in the industry.
Responsibilities: Drive outbound activity — approximately 250 calls per week — to grow and retain the customer base Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity Qualifications 1–3 years of B2B sales experience Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsCRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)Willingness to travel regularly within the territory What You Can Expect Early ownership of a defined territory Structured onboarding and sales training Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Clear performance metrics and defined career growth path
