Lead Change in the Nation's Capital As a Canvass Director, you will lead from the front, develop future leaders, and build a high-performing office that drives real change for the nonprofits we represent. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to own results, grow people, and create lasting impact.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily operations and drive campaign success Recruit, train, and develop exceptional fundraisers Mentor future leaders and build a strong team culture Coach in the field and lead by example (minimum 4 shifts per week) Manage performance, meet goals, and complete administrative duties Who We're Looking For Completed Trainer Training Completed Team Leader (TL) Training Passionate leader who leads by example Strong communicator and problem solver Driven, accountable, and mission-focused Location Requirement Must either live in the Washington, DC area or be willing to relocate.
