About the role
Conducting timely and thorough workplace investigations, the full-time remote Workplace Investigator will provide guidance to HR peers and business leaders while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct fair and unbiased workplace investigations in accordance with company policies
Provide outcomes and recommendations to business leaders, supporting them with insights from investigations
Record all case information accurately and participate in process improvement efforts
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and four or more years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations
Workplace Certification held or in progress
Expert-level knowledge of company policies and teammate relations best practices
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point, and Oracle
Strong organizational and time management skills
