About the role
- Work in tandem with the Office Manager/Senior Receptionist to manage the front desk and reception area
- Meet and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a polished and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and take messages as needed
- Manage conference room calendars and assist with meeting logistics
- Order breakfast, lunches, catering, and refreshments as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing packages and deliveries
- Help maintain the organization, appearance, and overall tidiness of the reception area, conference rooms, and shared office spaces
- Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies
- Assist with light administrative duties including travel booking, meeting scheduling, calendar management, and expense processing
- Provide coverage and support to the Office Manager/Senior Receptionist as needed
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and office-related projects
- Take on additional responsibilities over time as the role develops
- 13 years of reception, administrative, hospitality, or other relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Polished, professional, and personable
- Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and pitch inCoachable and adaptable with the ability to take direction and feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, discreet, and professional
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointTeam-oriented with a flexible, no-task-too-small mentality

- Hours & Location:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00am6:00pmMidtown Manhattan
- In office 5 days per week
