Committed to high-quality, physician-driven care, the practice is free from heavy APP staffing and private equity influence, offering full-scope dermatology services, including medical, Mohs, and cosmetic care. With a 14-month new-patient waitlist, there is an immediate need for a skilled physician to help meet patient demand and make a meaningful impact in the community. Role Highlights Monday-Friday, 8-4; flexible 3-4 day schedule (~30 patients/day) General Dermatology focus; cosmetics optional with Mohs available if fellowship-trained ( optional 2 Mohs / 2 Derm Excisions + small procedures Support: 3 dedicated MAs (scribing/numbing), 4 front-desk staff Lasers: VBeam, CO2, long-pulse 755/1064, LaseMD EMR: Modernizing Medicine Compensation & Benefits $685k / production bonus avg. $190 encounter $30k sign-on (negotiable) Partnership in 2 years Full benefits - Malpractice, Medical insurance stipend, 4 weeks vacation, Retirement via RBC, CME: $6,000 + license/dues About the Community Duluth, MN, isa port city on Lake Superior known as the "Zenith City of Unsalted Seas" and a key part of the "Twin Ports" with Superior, Wisconsin.
