About the role

General Motors Africa & Middle East is seeking an Area Manager Maintenance for Lansing stamping operations. You will lead Tool & Die and Maintenance teams, drive reliability, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Facilities to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective production. You will establish priorities, coach skilled trades, implement preventive/predictive maintenance, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with GM procedures on the plant
