About the role

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Specialist - Adult to partner with adults on recovery goals. You’ll provide personalized, community-based support in clients' homes, offices, and out in the community. You’ll help individuals set daily living goals, access housing and healthcare, and collaborate with a care team. Regular driving to transport clients is required as part of service delivery; strong empathy and time-management are essential.
